Please ensure you have read through our balloon care tips and FAQ’s to familiarise yourself with the best way to transport and look after your balloons.
All hire items must be returned or collection in the same condition they were left in. Any damage to the items will be charged for at a repair/replacement cost which the booking client will be responsible for.
Once your balloons have been collection they are no longer our responsibility and it is up to you to look after them. See balloon care tips on how to keep them looking better for longer. Any issues with balloons we will provide best endeavours to assist in replacements or repair if possible, but is not guaranteed depending on the situation.
